Curious if others saw the 'Can Dirt Save the Earth' article in NYT magazine, and if so, your thoughts!

Yep, I haven’t read this article completely, but have a good idea of what it says. I use a stat in my talks that says a 2% increase in OM can pull 15ppm of CO2 out the atmosphere. Of course, that is globally and that’s a lot of OM. We need a roughly 8% increase in global OM to take about 60ppm of CO2 out of the atmosphere. There are some places where there is very little or no OM, others where 8% would be too much.
