Hi Eliza, Thanks so much for the detailed information! This is very helpful. It's also exciting to hear about your current project. Where is the old orchard located? It sounds like we'll have plenty to do this year. We may have fewer vines than you, but more large spiky trees perhaps? Hello! We’re new participants on the forum here, so I wanted to give a bit of an introduction. My partner Josh and I just moved back to the old farm where I grew up in the Finger Lakes of NYS, with the quixotic dream of starting an orchard and cidery.
